The Town of Mulga is now offering dumpster rentals for customers in routes #1, #3 and #5.

To rent a dumpster, you must come to our Water and Gas Department in Town Hall to fill out a brief form and provide your card for payment.

1 . RENTAL DETAILS

• Dumpster Size: 18-yard
• Rental Period: 7 days
• Rental Fee: $300.00
• Additional Days: $50.00 per day
• Weight Limit: 12.5 tons (25,000 pounds)
• Overage Fee: $45.00 per ton over 12.5 tons
• Dump and Return Fee (During Rental Period): $200.00 (Optional)

2. PAYMENT TERMS

• Full payment is due prior to delivery of the dumpster.
• A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for:
• Failure to make payment
• Damage charges
• Overages or additional fees
• Customer authorizes Company to charge any outstanding balances to the card on file.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Damage: Customer is responsible for any damages to the dumpster while in their possession.
• Weight Limit: Customer is responsible for any overages beyond 12.5 tons.
• Unacceptable Materials: Any materials deemed unacceptable by the landfill will incur additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Supervision: Customer is responsible for ensuring proper use of the dumpster during the rental period.
• Access: Customer must ensure clear access for delivery and pickup.

4. DUMP AND RETURN OPTION

• If Customer requests a dump and return during the 7-day rental period, an additional $200.00 fee will apply.
• Standard rental does not include multiple dumps.

5. TERMINATION AND FEES

• Company reserves the right to terminate service and retrieve the dumpster at any time due to misuse, non-payment, or violation of this agreement.
• All fees incurred are the responsibility of the Customer.

6. LIABILITY

Company is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or curbs caused during normal delivery or pickup. Customer agrees to provide a suitable location.
