Business Licenses

Welcome to the Town of Mulga Business License Page and thank you for deciding to operate your business in our municipality. We ask that if you are purchasing a business license that you use the online form on this page. If you must use a paper form, please contact our Town Clerk Lois Matthews at (205-781-0645) to have one sent to you. Once your information is put into the form and submitted, we will review it and contact you with questions we may have. One thing to note is that when filling out the form, please use a two letter designation for the state you are in (i.e. AL) in the fields that require a state listing. For the license application to be considered for approval, we must receive your payment for the license by check within 10 days of us receiving the form you submitted. All payments must be sent to the following address:

Town of Mulga

505 Mulga Loop Road

Mulga, AL 35118
